ผมอยากเขียน python เป็น เคยลองนิดหน่อย แต่ยังไม่สามารถเอามาเขียนเป็น application ขนาดใหญ่ได้ กะว่าจะคอยให้ python 3000 release ก่อน แล้วลองศึกษาดูให้จริงจังเสียที
ตอนนี้ก็เก็บลิงก์ไว้ก่อน เป็นบทความภาษาอังกฤษ มีเวลาค่อยลองแปลเป็นภาษาไทยดู

Some of the commercial software like Photoshop are so expensive that an average user can not afford to buy it. Lately I am looking for some free or open source alternatives for windows programs and i was amazed with the range of programs available. Here i will list some of the open source or free programs as alternatives to windows commercial programs.

PHP 5 & timezone

ผมเพิ่งติดตั้ง PHP5 ใหม่ พอเริ่มทำงาน ก็แปลกใจว่าทำไมเวลาที่แสดงในเว็บถึงเร็วไป 1 ชั่วโมง ลองหาทางแก้อยู่พักใหญ่ ก็ยังไม่ได้ เลยเก็บไว้ก่อน
วันนี้เพิ่งกลับมานั่งดูอีกที ปรากฎว่า
- ค่า timezone ใน windows ผิด เป็น Internation Date Line West ซึ่งคงเป็นค่า default แล้วผมไม่ได้เซ็ทใหม่มั๊ง
เลยแก้ไขตามนี้
เปลี่ยน timezone เป็น +7 Bangkok , Hanoi , Jakata
เพิ่มค่าใน php.ini คือ date.timezone=Asia/Bangkok
restart Apache
เรียบร้อยครับผม.

rss2array downloads a remote RSS 0.91 feed and puts most of the useful info into a PHP array. Other feed formats may work too.
I've found this document on site http://www.rssmix.com
and lastRSS.php from site http://lastrss.oslab.net/ is simple yet powerfull PHP class to parse RSS.

SYNOPSIS
top -hv | -bcisS -d delay -n iterations -p pid [, pid ...]
The traditional switches '-' and whitespace are optional.
DESCRIPTION
The top program provides a dynamic real-time view of a running system. It can display system summary information as well as a list of tasks currently being managed by the Linux kernel. The types of system summary information shown and the types, order and size of information displayed for tasks are all user configurable and that configuration can be made persistent across restarts.
The program provides a limited interactive interface for process manipulation as well as a much more extensive interface for personal configuration -- encompassing every aspect of its operation. And while top is referred to throughout this document, you are free to name the program anything you wish. That new name, possibly an alias, will then be reflected on top's display and used when reading and writing a configuration file.
PHP 5+ and MySql 5 Intallation

MySQL is no longer enabled by default, so the phpmysql.dll DLL must be enabled inside of php.ini. Also, PHP needs access to the MySQL client library. A file named libmysql.dll is included in the Windows PHP distribution and in order for PHP to talk to MySQL this file needs to be available to the Windows systems PATH. See the FAQ titled "How do I add my PHP directory to the PATH on Windows" for information on how to do this. Although copying libmysql.dll to the Windows system directory also works (because the system directory is by default in the system's PATH), it's not recommended.
As with enabling any PHP extension (such as phpmysql.dll), the PHP directive extensiondir should be set to the directory where the PHP extensions are located. See also the Manual Windows Installation Instructions. An example extensiondir value for PHP 5 is c:\php\ext

วันนี้กลับเข้ามาเช็คข้อมูลที่สถาบันทักษิณคดีศึกษา เกาะยอ ได้กลับมานั่งทำงานในเครื่องเดิมที่เคยมานั่งพัฒนาฐานข้อมูลให้ทางสถาบันเมื่อปีที่แล้ว เครื่องที่ใช้เป็น HP ใช้ LCD Monitor ของ HP รุ่น HP vs19e มีความรู้สึกว่าภาพและตัวอักษรมีความคมชัดมากกว่า Samsung Monitor ที่บ้านเยอะมากเลย
แต่ว่า ราคาก็คงต่างกันหลายเหมือนกันสินะ.
ทำไม ip ต้องเป็น 192.168.1.x คะ

วันนี้ได้ไปอ่านกระทู้ ทำไม ip ต้องเป็น 192.168.1.x คะ เห็นว่าเป็นเรื่องน่าสนใจ ผมก็สงสัยเหมือนกัน เลยเอามาลงเก็บไว้ เป็นอ้างอิงวันเลังได้ครับ.

Lately I am looking for some free or open source alternatives for windows programs and i was amazed with the range of programs available.
